Additional Charges
Waiting time
(applies to Point-to-Point service only) For airport and Amtrak pick-ups, RMA grants a 30-minute grace period from the updated arrival time. Thereafter, wait time will be charged at $7 for each additional 5-minute period.
For all other pick-ups, a 10-minute grace period will be granted, thereafter, wait time will be charged at $7 for each additional 5-minute period.
Stops
(applies to Point-to-Point service only) Stops are charged $15 per stop and include a 10 minute wait period at the stop. Additional wait time is charged at $7 for each 5-minute period.
Service Fees
A 20% chauffeur gratuity and a 10% Surface Transportation Charge (STC) based on the fare, stop time and wait time will be added to your bill.
Out of Pocket
Other charges may include reimbursement for tolls and/or parking fees.
Cellular Phones
$2.50 per-minute.
Meet & Greet Services
Upon request, meet & greet services will be charged at $45 per hour with a 4 hour minimum.
Holiday Surcharge
A 20% surcharge based on the fare, stops and wait time, will be added to your bill on the following holidays:
New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and Christmas Eve after 5:00 P.M.
Accommodations
Chauffeur accommodations and meals should be arranged and provided for by the client on special occasions that require overnight travel.
