While attending the University of Maryland, Lauren Nock took a part time position in the reservations department at RMA Chauffeured Transportation in 1997. After graduating, she became the reservations manager overseeing a team of agents. Teaching and training our staff to be best in class has always been at the forefront of her mission. While the business continued its growth in the industry, she assisted in increasing our affiliate partnerships and building our worldwide presence. After several years, she joined the Sales & Marketing department, further developing and nurturing our client relationships. During this time, RMA started working with more event planners and travel managers. The meeting & events team was born. After 26 years in the industry, Lauren is now the Senior Vice President of Meetings & Events managing a team of professionals around the country and taking care of our client events all over the world. Her passion for growing relationships and taking care of our clients is evident in all she does. As a part of the Executive Team, she is also focused on the future direction and evolution of the company. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
