RMA Worldwide Chauffeured Transportation Acquires Eyre Bus Service
Acquisition unites two long-standing Maryland transportation companies and expands RMA’s motorcoach, shuttle and group transportation capabilities
Rockville, MD — September 1, 2026 — RMA Worldwide Chauffeured Transportation announced the acquisition of Eyre Bus Service, one of Maryland’s most established and respected transportation companies.
Founded in 1947, Eyre has built a 79-year reputation for safe, reliable and professional transportation throughout Maryland and the greater Washington, D.C., region. The combination brings together two Maryland-based companies with a shared commitment to exceptional service and to taking care of their clients and employees.

Eyre clients will gain access to RMA’s broader fleet, advanced technology, 24/7 operational support and extensive national and global transportation network, while continuing to benefit from the local knowledge and personal service for which Eyre is known.
