Art’s earlier career was shaped in various sales and marketing positions, including working as an Executive Search Consultant before joining RMA. A relocation to Washington DC transitioned into joining RMA as a part time chauffeur. The high-end service industry has been home ever since.

Art has been employed with RMA for 29 years and is a very integral Executive on our Executive Leadership Team reporting directly to the CEO and President.

Art is responsible for all functions relating to quality of service, growth, profitability, and a happy and productive work environment.

Work closely with and oversee management staff consisting of Client Services, Sales, Call Center, Dispatch, Chauffeur Development, Finance, Technology and Human Resources.
