Ashley Alexander is RMA’s Talent Acquisition Specialist and Chauffeur Liaison, leading hiring efforts across eight offices nationwide. She joined RMA as a high school junior, starting as a detailer and advancing through multiple roles that gave her a deep understanding of the organization. Ashley graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Psychology.

She is passionate about connecting with people, identifying candidates who embody the “RMA Way,” and ensuring every new employee feels welcomed, supported, and part of the RMA family from day one.
