Marc Stefl has been a stalwart presence at RMA for close to two decades. Beginning his journey as a chauffeur in the Summer of 2005, Stefl quickly began to built relationships with clients and industry leaders alike. He continued to strengthen these relationships over the next 5 years, so much so that he was asked to come in to the office to assist in dispatch and customer service in 2010. Stefl excelled in this new role, but his love of face-to-face time with his long time clients had him still doing chauffeur work on his days off. As RMA entered a period of rapid expansion, Marc’s skills as a dispatcher proved integral to the company. Stefl was a key member of the integration efforts for multiple acquisitions in the late 2010s and remained in the office throughout the COVID19 Pandemic. His vast and varied experiences make him a valuable information point for people across multiple departments, and his insight and wisdom is often sought by anyone who may need it. Stefl values professionalism, punctuality, and a strong work ethic, always with the mindset that those traits in members of the RMA Family directly translate to a positive experience for the clients he has spent so many years servicing. An avid Commanders Fan, Marc enjoys spending his off time at FedEx Field, and in the warm months, outdoor music festivals in the greater DC Area. He is the proud father of a High School Senior, who is a standout football player.
