Michelle has over 25 years experience in the Transportation Industry working with several different types of services. She has worked specifically in ground transportation for the past 16 years starting out as a dispatch assistant (at the former MTC Limousine) and working her way through the ranks to her current position of Director of Operations at RMA Worldwide Chauffeured Transportation out of their NY branch.

Michelle’s responsibilities include overseeing day to day operational activities. She is responsible for the hiring and training of chauffeurs and dispatch employees and working with Human Resources to manage quality assurance with all employees under her supervision. She also oversees the New York Dispatch Department, where she uses her extensive experience in operations, road shows, groups and meetings, customer service and dispatch scheduling to make sure dispatch is running on time, all customer requests are honored and follow up customer service is given should a need arise. She has been very successful in working with company management and dispatch team leaders in regards to strategizing process improvements and enhancing dispatch operations overall in order to continue to keep RMA Chauffeured Transportation a leader in the ground transportation market.

Michelle has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Iona University and her personal interest include animals, cooking and fund raising for breast cancer awareness and Austism Speaks.
